I am trying to purchase some movies from Vudu and am having an issue. I am wanting to use my bank account as my backup funding source but in the payment options it says that the bank account is currently disabled as a funding source. When I go to My Preapproved Payments and click on Set Available Funding Sources, it gives me three options with check boxes beside them--my Visa card, my bank account, and my PayPal Credit account. The Visa card and the PayPal Credit account boxes are already checked while the bank account box is unchecked. If I check the bank account box and hit save, it thanks me for updating my choices but everything remains the same--the bank account is still unchecked. If I uncheck the Visa card and PayPal Credit account boxes and only check the bank account, then it gives me an error message and says that I have to select at least one of the three, even though I DID select one of the three since the bank account IS one of the three. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

When you make a purchase PayPall automatically evaluates the entire process to select the options with least risk to PayPal. It might be the case that there is an issue with your bank account for this purchase. It might be some other reason.
For details you would need to contact PayPal cusstomer service.
