I ordered an item on a website, this website won't receive payment until the item being shipped, this item was ordered while my account was not limited, and PayPal even sent me an email saying money won't leave my account until this website processes with my order. However, my account is limited right now, so when the website send me the payment required email, can I still pay it with PayPal account, or PayPal won't make the payment because it's limited. And if it could make payment, how many payment can it make until it stops? Thank you so much if you can answer these questions.
