Hello, on the 11th of last month I made a payment to a user who had not confirmed their paypal email so I cancelled the transaction and a refund was made. The problem is, the paypal balance was returned but the amount that was withdrawn from the card is yet to reflect in my card statement.
Unfortunately other than to say it can take 2 to 3 weeks for the funds to show, that's all we can offer. You can always follow-up with customer support with your concerns.
