Unfortunately there's really nothing that can be done through the community forum for issues such as this. Funds can be "pending" for various reasons however, as we are a member to member help group, no one here can access or view transaction information. It may be that the buyer used funds from their bank account - the transaction would be pending until the funds are released from the account. All we can do is speculate as to what has happened. You can always follow-up with customer support with your concerns as they can take a look at some things for you.
