I bought an item on ebay and paid via paypal but the shipping appeared strangely(only 9 usd to the actual seller, the rest appeared as pitney bowes), I questioned this with paypal, who promptly cancelled the whole payment, rather than explain what was going on, so now I have an item marked as paid, but not, and an unresponsive seller, so I don't know what to do to make the payt again?
