hi, i linked my Visa card on my paypal account and i've been charged for 1$, but there is no "confirm card" option on my paypal account which will charge me for 1 euro...also i can't find "my money" section too...and I'm not able to withdraw my money from paypal balance to my card...can someone help me pls????:(
