Someone recently chargeable a payment that was for the purchase of virtual items. After contacting him by email we worked it out and he cancelled the chargeback. The problem is as soon as he canceled I get this email. I'm super confused at what it means and how I should precede I still have a negative balance in my account which renders it useless until I pay 112$ of my money any help clarifying this would be greatly appreciated.
Your buyer filed a chargeback with their credit card company asking to
reverse the above payment. Although your buyer reversed this payment, we
want to work with the buyer's credit card company to get your money back.
We are using the information you sent us to dispute the reversal.
Please note that because the buyer already reversed the payment, it has
been removed from your PayPal balance. The settlement fee the credit card
company charged for the reversal was also deducted from your account. If
the credit card company decides the case in your favor, this money will be
credited back to your PayPal balance.
Keep in mind that the credit card company determines the timeframe and
outcome. It may take up to 75 days for the credit card company to reach a
final decision. We will email you once they complete their investigation.

I got this same thing?Does anyone have an answer for this?it boggles my ming that not only am i out the product and the money but now i have to pay an extra $20 for someone else to lie and I have to pay the bill? Im so confused.If this is how it works I am letting all my auctions run their course and I am done.Between ebay and pay pal and the customer,I dont know which one is worse.I would never recommend ebay or paypal.Ridiculous!!!
