Hi, i have created two sandbox accounts for testing, one for business and second one for personal . When the user click on the paypal button the Paypal light box shows up, user can choose "Pay with PayPal" or "Pay with Credit card". 1.If user select "Pay with PayPal" to pay, it will succeed every time. 2. But user select "Pay with Credit card", if the total amount is below 1400 USD ,it will succeed every time and if the total amount is more then 1400 USD it's showing one message like "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay". even if i use same credit card and same phone number given in personal account per transaction . Give me suggustion to fix this issue.
