Service Fees

I'm in Canada. If I purchase something online in U.S. dollars, does Paypal charge me a service fee, or will I be charged just the purchase amount converted to Canadian dollars? There is no delivery involved.

Buyers don't pay fees, sellers do.

However if you sent in another currency than your own you would get currency conversion fees.
