I started a claim over 10 days ago (Today is the 11TH day)
I am wondering when will I be getting my money back the seller has not messaged back.

Is this a claim or a dispute?
You would open a "dispute" first, after that, you 20 days from the date of the dispute to escalate it to a "claim". After that, PayPal will review your claim - it can take up to 2 weeks for them to make a decision sometimes.
If you are in the "claim" process and have not heard from PayPal after a week, suggest that you follow-up with customer support to find out your status.
