Adding US Credit Card to Canada Account

I have a Canadian PayPal account and have both Canadian and American credit cards that I need to be able to use with my account.

Is there any way to use both US and Canadian cards or is my only solution to create two accounts, one for USA and one for Canada?

I can't find any way to add my USA credit card or USA address as all input forms are hard coded to Canada.

I have the same problem too. Some merchants like US address even paypal to open US account.

I have Canadian PP account.  When I try to add a card it won't let me put in State or zip.  It just has Canadian drop down menue
