No answer from Paypal

Paypal asked me to send documents to proove a name change, wich I did weeks ago.  Since then I have no answer and when I log into my account it says Thank you, you will receive an answer within 2 to 3 days.  What should I do ?

Don't hold your breath !! From what I have read on here it can go on for weeks / months.

You can always phone for an update but doubt you will get anywhere but worth a shot I suppose.
