Need help with this paypal glitch?

I tried to withdraw to my bank account twice in the amounts of 150 and 90 that were refunded back into my paypal account because the withdrawal didn't go through.

As seen in this following pic it was refunded

I withdrew 200 to try again all at once and it worked seemingly,

Now all these days later for some **bleep** reason paypal is trying to remove these funds again!??!?!

Yup, I had the exact same glitch. Exact same note from Paypal, "debiting funds reversed to PP acct due to technical error" on the exact same date, Sep 21 and my transfers were also to a Canadian bank (CIBC). This is obviously a major **bleep**-up on Paypal's end.
