Getting More Frustrated With Lack of Answers Concerning Refunds

Every time I look at my transactions and place my cursor over every one that says 'cancelled' I get 'the payment has been called and the money has been returned to your bank account'. 

 

No. No it hasn't. And no one is answering any of my questions about money, on here or ebay. This is getting more and more aggravating considering that we seriously do not have too much money, and paypal paid many of the transactions despite the fact that said transactions had been cancelled before I would have paid out for them. 

 

Can anyone answer these simple questions: Please, how long does money take to get back to my bank. Why can't I see any refund history despite getting emails from paypal that there have been refunds. Why are these questions so **bleep** difficult to answer both on here and ebay, and why do I only get answers weeks and weeks and weeks after the problem had to resolved itself or forcefully by myself.

One more question: should I stop attempting fruitlessly to question people on the forums or I should I go directly to the center of Paypal itself?

Hi.

 

Simple answer is YES.

The questions you have should be addressed to PayPal directly.

 

While PayPal emplyees may monitor the forum (I suspect infrequently) this is not the place for questions like yours.

I share your frustration as it is currently happening to me. However, persevere and put everything in writing. In fairness they are answering my emails even though not the answers I am looking for. I have now demanded they call me to discuss.

 

Once everything is sorted I will close the account as it is too much hassle, time consuming and its probably as safe or safer to pay for purchases with credit card where ever possible and then you go straight through to the card company if there are problems.

When you need an answer right away from a Customer Service representative, contacting PayPal directly may be in order.
