I have been trying to put my new Visa number into pay pay By now I have been charged three times and I still cannot get into the place where I need to put in my code that pay pal sends. It just sends the part to fill in for my card and also when I could get into verify the code, it would always say not correct. How can I get past this. If I can't I will delete my account.
