ive been a fair user of paypal for a while, now all of a sudden they ask me to provide additionnal information to validate who i am....
they ask me for strange documents that i cannot provide,
- A statement of CPP contributions from your Service Canada online account or
- A statement of Participation in the Quebec Pension Plan or
- A statement from your insurer (life, home, or auto) that contains your date of birth or
- A yearly notice of assessment (income tax return) that contains your date of birth or
- A financial statement or student record from a registered Canadian College or University (post secondary institution) that contains your date or birth.
no one of theses documents shows the date of birth ever....i am a worker so i dont participate to a pension plan, and i am not a student since 1990...
They seems to just bother me for no apparent reason....
so now that i may have found ONE document, there are no way to send them that document anywhere !!!
i just cannot reply to their e-mails.....
WTF ??
