Adding funds to my balance is taking too long(from bank to paypal).

I made a tranference of 10 euros to paypal on 23 of january and i haven t receveid it yet.(the money has already left my bank account)Is there any way to speed up the process or to cancel it and get my money back?Thanks for you help.
