Accidentally used wrong payment method for a purchase

I purchased a product from a website and meant to pay using my bank account. Instead I accidentally paid using my Business Card which may be a problem. Is there anyway to switch the payment from the card to my bank account. This was wierd because I purchased something right before it from the same site and it automatically purchased from my bank account. I don't know why it switched the payment method.

Get the seller to refund your original payment then pay again.
