i purchased week ago an item on ebay and i completed he transaction and later i realized that the seller might be a fraud, cause the price i payed was much less than the others for the same product and i payed no shipping fee, i mean from USA to Canada we must pay shipping fee ??. I got an e-mail from the seller confirme that he received the money and in the end of his message he wrote good luck ??
I sent him an e-mail but i had no answer. Now i am sure that he is a fraud. What can i do in this case? can i get my money back? and how? in case of receiving an empty package, how should i behave? i mean should i give it back to the post man right away after checking it?
