Geekbuying.com cancel order

Hello All,

I made a purchase at Geekbuying.com and within 3 days i cancel my order. My account information said unpaid and order was cancel.

Order placed on Sept 05.2013

Payment cancelled on Sept 7,2013 p[roduct was not shipped yet.

I was awaiting for my payment to reflect PayPay account which may take a few days, however today Sept 12,  2013 item was shipped and can not track it with any postal service. When i logged into my geekbuying account item suddenly shows paid.

How do I retract my payment because I no longer need to purchase this product from geekbuying.

I have already made my purchase from newegg.ca and received it within 2 business days.

For having several orders with geekbuying, so give you a suggestion: contact the geekbuying customer service department. To get the answer instantly by using the live chat , do not use e-mail. And tell them your order number or tracking number. To use several methods to try to get your problem solved is more sucure. Good luck.
