Plain and simple.... What is PayPal email address. I need to contact them about a refund they owe me and I can't get the email address!

Use support@ PayPal.com.

Of course, that won't get you a refund.  If it is a PayPal account issued you need to make a phone call to PayPal support.

It's more likely a seller issue, so youneed to work with the seller.

Actually.... The seller refunded me the amount through PayPal. PayPal. Acknowledged receiving it. They also said they refunded it back to my card which never showed up. Trying to get it back from PayPal.... Thank you for your advise.

Go to your original transaction detail.  Is the related refund there?  If so, then all is well.  It can take up to 30 days to complete the refund to a card.

What are the details in your PayPal account?  Is the refund showing related to purchase transaction?
