change "add special instructions to the seller"

As a non-profit, it is inappropriate to have the phrase "add special instructions to the seller" on our check out page. I'd like people to be able to provide special instructions (such as gift is in memory of someone, or designate to wish list), but I'd like to change the content of this option. how do I go about doing this if I don't write code or have access to anyone who does?
