You can no longer use PayPal

PayPal is really **bleep** up nowadays, they Permanently Limited my account for absolutely no reason, when I logged onto my account it said "We need some information about your recent recieved/withdraw blah blah blah" then under it said "This cannot be appealed." It is really confusing me, what do I do now? When I go to Resolution Center it says "You can no longer use PayPal". This is **bleep**, man. I have $1200 USD in My Account and I need to withdraw it now.

When you get the ban hammer,  PayPal hold funds for up to 180 days to cover any disputes/chargebacks.  PayPal will email you when funds are able to be withdrawn.  The wait could be shorten upon review so give PayPal customer support a call about that.

Thanks for the reply, but they said they needed a little bit more information so that means if I give them they will restore my account right? Please help.

The limitation as it stands now cannot be appealed/overturned but they still want this info about your recent payments/withdrawls.  Persistence can work miracles though.  When you speak to PayPal customer service, tell them you did nothing wrong to your knowledge and you don't understand why your account was permanently limited.  You may need to call several times and speak in a calm and collected tone, until you find a rep that will review your account and say, "yeah, why did they limit your account?" and restore it for you.  Send your docs in as instructed and wait for their response for now.  IF a week go by and no response, call.

Also, whenever I call PayPal it's always an automated voice, like a robot/replayed voice not a real person whom I'm talking to...

Oops, my bad.  Then I don't why in the world they're asking for info...crazy site.

 

Anyway, try pressing zero when on the line and see if that will put you through to an agent.
