I’ve been waiting on my money for over a week , PayPal still has it withheld even tho both items were shipped and delivered to the people , please help

Thanks for your question. I'm sorry to hear about the delay in funds availability, and I am happy to add some information.

Payments that are held pending delivery will release after 3 full days have elapsed from the date of delivery. In situations where the full 3 days has not yet elapsed, please make sure to wait that long before inquiring with customer support. Customer support cannot release a payment before that time has passed.
