WHERE are the statements located?

I've looked in every tab on my PayPal screen as well as opened every suggested tab in the HELP and I can NOT located the monthly statements!

I can't even get to them from the email link when they are sent!

So - WHERE are they????

Strange.  I've looked everywhere and not found them as well.  I always have to do a search to bring up my statements.  Otherwise, I have not found a path to locate them.  Anyone else???
