I have started having problems with our shipping method not being displayed and also Paypal sometimes will not charge any shipping, despite having everything set up correctly. I have not changed anything in my shipping calculations or methods and it just out of the blue started saying in the shipping details that "You haven’t added any shipping details." This is despite my having everything set up correctly for shipping. Then the next order it will correctly state 'Standard Shipping.'
There is no rhyme or reason to it and now I just had an international order come thru where Paypal did not charge a cent for shipping! This is costing us money as it's not the customers fault they weren't charged. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?? It apparently is a glitch in the Paypal system that needs to be fixed. I have even gone in and resaved my shipping calculations and settings but it still goes back and forth on what it displays in the shipping details and if it charges the correct amounts or not. Help!

Shipping fees are not being added at checkout. As of Sept 30 it looks like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge do not show the button to calculate shipping and it is not being added to the order. Firefox still works though. I have had to send money requests to customers for the shipping, Anyone else having this issue?

Yes! Having this issue after years of smooth processing. This is so frustrating. If you get a resolution, please post back here.

Any answers on this one??? I am having the same problem.
I called tech support. I was told it was changed on my end. But I didn't change anything.
The suggestion I got was to contact my 3rd party (host) provider and ask if they had any changes.
Also change something in your shipping calculations and save that to see if it helps.

I've talked to 3 different reps since the start of the weekend and they all acknowledged the issue except for the 2nd person I talked to, who basically told me the same thing you were told - I was advised to update my button code - Don't do it! Can't believe there are still reps that haven't gotten the memo....

We are having the same issue. About half of our orders are not collecting the shipping fees. We have tried calling Paypal twice to report this and have had no luck finding a fix. They said the more people that call in and report the issue, the more likely they are to work on it. We really need resolution to this problem immediately!

This sure seems to be on the Paypal end. We are using html code buttons on our site that takes the buyer to the Paypal checkout page and there is not a shipping charge coming up on that page. I tried adjusting my shipping and that is not working either.

Same here! Never had this problem before! But the last three orders I had the PayPal calculator collected NO shipping. I had made NO changes to the shipping settings, and it happened on two different websites, which BOTH use the same PayPal settings--so the problem HAS to be with PayPal. The fact that so MANY of us are suddenly having this problem is ALSO a strong indicator that the fault for this lies with PayPal!
They'd better get it fixed SOON, because this is our busy season and we could go BROKE if PayPal doesn't collect shipping. We can contact customers directly and bill them for shipping, but then they may cancel their orders, so either way, we LOSE. Hope they fix this soon!

That's good to know as was considering re-entering our shipping settings. Sounds like it's not worth it. Agreed, Paypal really needs to fix this ASAP!
