Sending Invoice to customer email.

I have send my customers their invoice and get a message from paypal message sent.

The customer never get the email and I have lost a big contract because of this.

Do anyone know what the problem is because CS with paypal said they have never had this problem.

I have change from Safari to Firefox with the same results invoice not sending.

I have to copy and paste (sharing the link) in an email to get it to send.

Did you use the buyers  valid email address.  Does the buyer have a PayPal account?  Did the invoice email go into the recipient's spam folder or be blocked by an email filter set up by recipient?

Not just one customer.  I asked for a different email from customer and same thing.  It did not go to spam. Most of my customer pay with a corp credit card.  I dont know about the blocking.  This problem just started about three months ago.  I have been with paypal for several years.  Custome service give me the impressing this has never happen but I found other with the same problem, that how I knew about the share link.
