Representative of Alza.cz

I have been offered a representative position with a Czech company known as Alza.cz.  It is a company much in the same style as Ebay.  It has been in business for over 20 years.  They employ quite a number of representatives in the same capacity as they have offered me.

It works like this.......Alza.cz is located in The Czech Republic and is limited by Paypal to $350.00 in their Paypal account.  This is unsuitable for a multimillion dollar business.  To alleviate this complication, Alza offers positions to selected representatives to handle and forward payments for sold items.  The customer buys the item, pays with Paypal, the funds are sent to the representative's Paypal account and the tracking number allows the funds to become available.  The funds are then transferred to Alza.cz by the representative.  The representative is basically a middleman in the payment process with their Paypal account.

Alza.cz pays the representative a monthly salary based on sales volume which is supplemented by payments of either 5% or 10% based on volume handled by the representative for Alza.  These sales commissions are paid immediately upon the payment of the sale being successful.

The potential liablity for the representative is in the fact that the original purchasing customer has up to 180 days under Paypal policy to file a case or complaint on the initial payment transfer if they are not satisfied with the transaction.  This makes the representative responsible and has a detrimental effect on their Paypal account.  Alza.cz states they will handle returns and refunds accordingly; however the representative is entirely limited in resolving the transaction until the purchasing customer and Alza.cz handle the appropriate return transaction properly and timely.

Has anyone had experience as a representative for Alza.cz?  Good or bad?

Thankyou in advance.

Wow, I'm so glad I came across this thread!  I, too, was offered a "representative" position after spending 5 days editing emails for them.  I felt this had to be a scam.  To good to be true, right.  After reading these comments it has been confirmed.

There is also another post pertaining to the ALZA.CZ representaive position at justanswer.com.  They also state it is fraudulent. Leaving the PayPal account holder liable for any refunds resulting from returned items.  They suggest contacting the FBI Internet Computer Crime unit at http://www.ic3.gov

Hope this helps others from waisting any time on these shmucks.

.........to date, have not received a dime for editing.

So im glad you started this thread. Wont waste anyones time so lets get right to the point. Its sad that who ever is behind this alza.cZ and MALL.cz has the heart to **bleep** ppl over with money laundering to evade tax laws in their country. They're clever as **bleep**, they tell you they'll give u the position as an editor but what i found is that both sites use the same exact text they want you to edit. They wait about two weeks then say your position is suspended but promise to pay you on X date. You need to become a representative to get "paid" sooner. Here's the issue, the rep is a middle man that their blood money goes through, you have to report this to the IRS as income or you can potentially get arrested. If this was a legitimate position why would they hire random ppl to pass thier millions of dollars to recieve it. Why cant the US buyer just pay them through the precedure they need it by. Long story short, if you dont want to get arrested for money laundering, cutt off communication with those guys. They also wont give u a 1099-T form. I hope this was helpful to anyone and everyone, dont let them get your hopes up, they'll never pay up. They send you fake things to edit to mentally get you to get involved in their criminal activity.

So im guessing you're a rep and they sent you cash? Now they want you to pull it and UPS it. Thats money laundering and eventually you will have to face either the IRS, FBI or paypal if the customer wants their money back. Its just not worth it. Honestly i think its those guys sending you money, then purchase an item under ur paypal acct, then request a refund that paypal pays and paypal goes after u for the funds, the scammers get 100% return on their investment while u face issues w paypal until u pay them back. They'll also evading tax laws thats why they ask dumb Americans to be a middle man without signing a legitimate contract or tax filling work

Oh my ..... I've got to thank all of you. I am so releived that I saw this after searching and searching to confirm whether this was legitimate or not. I received an email yesterday - out of the blue - for a work at home position editing text. I figured it was a scam and now this confirms it. I am glad that all of you have taken the time to talk about this to get the word out. My experience with with Mall.CZ. If I hadn't seen this, I may have gotten into some serious trouble! Thanks again !

Hey guys...so I **bleep** up and they sent me money. I have not transferred it out of my account but I don't know what to do to avoid litigation against me. Is there a way to refund the payment??

Honestly I would consult payPal and tell them and just save all documented conversations in case, so all your bases are covered.
