Refunds from Valve/Steam not showing up in PayPal Balance

I bought a few games on steam because I have no friends and I need a good singleplayer game to distract from my crippling depression. I didn't really get captivated by any of them so I refunded all of them. 5 to be exact. I received the money but it's not showing up in my PayPal Balance?

it said it was deposited in my bank account. I checked. It said it was, but then it was withdrawn? is this a problem on the bank side or paypal?

Not sure, either ValveSteam or PayPal thought refunding 5 transactions is suspicious and abusive.   How did you "refund" the transactions?  Did you file disputes on all of them?  Did you file unauthorized use disputes?
