Hello, recently PayPal limited the use of my account because I exceeded the allowed amount of money.
I provided the proof of address needed to lift the limitation and for me to finally be able to send money and actually transfer it to my bank account, but PayPal did not accept and the explanation was "the document does not show your company logo."
Th e problem is I can't provide a company logo, because I am working as an individual, I am an affiliate marketer. My PayPal account was set up as an individual business account, I needed the business account to be able to withdraw funds to my bank account, because PayPal does not allow withdraw of funds from a personal account in Latvia.
The proof I provided was a bank account statement, I don't have any other forms of proof to my knowledge that PayPal would accept.
So, the question is. How can I resolve this? I don't have a company, I work as an individual, I needed a business account to withdraw funds in Latvia, because that is the only way to get my money in my bank account. Already sent a pm on facebook and contacted PayPal via e-mail, waiting for a response.

You will need to provide the documentation PayPal requires. You can't get around the security controls.
Perhpas you could close the account and open a new account where you can provide correct documentation.

I did provide the correct documents. It's just PayPal requires me to give them my company logo, but I don't have a company, I work as an individual. I guess It's mandatory for them to ask this for every person who has a business account but my business account is marked as an individual and I need this account to send money to my bank account. Since I live in Latvia PayPal only allows transfers from business accounts here. If they don't accept these documents it would mean nobody working a self-employed job would not be able to receive money in my country. That's just impossible for a situation like this to occur, because nobody (freelancers, marketers, etc) would not be able to get money out of their PayPal.
If I open a new account, It's going to be a personal account and I can't withdraw money to my bank account from it, so It's pointless and if I upgrade to business I'll have the same problem.
I am not trying to bypass anything I just want to get my earned money out of PayPal.

Create a basic logo, it doesn't have to be elaborate. Use your name if you want, and put some shapes, or a styled font of your name. It is not rocket science.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I can't see why you can't have a logo even as an individual sole proprietor. I too accept payments here and there as individual and I have a screen name under which I receive payments and created a logo out of my screen name. Even if you run a very tiny operation, run it like a business. Have a logo.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yeah, I was thinking about it, but the problem is what I understand at least. PayPal is asking for me to have a logo displayed in the document that I am sending them. Basically, have a company registered and have an official bank account statement for the company.
Or even if It's not that, can I just paste the logo on my bank account statement? Probably not. Although I only have a very vague idea of what they are asking.
The e-mail stated the following: "The proof of address you've supplied cannot be accepted, as the document does not show your company logo. Please provide us with a recent proof of address that shows a company logo."
I've provided the proof of address, but I have no idea how I can get a document with a logo on it, other than opening my own company and getting a separate bank account.

Banks do not put their customer's company logos on bank statements. I've never seen that before. What acceptable documents are PayPal asking for to prove your address?
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

You may need to speak to a PayPal rep that deals with account verification about this. Maybe they can skip that particular requirement for you if not applicable. Or supply your drivers license and passport! Do you have to supply all of these documents?
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

No, just one of these. At first, they asked for my passport too, I did supply that, but the passport was for identity verification and this is for my address verification. I don't have a drivers license, so I can't supply that.
I don't know why It's such a big deal, I just have to verify my address which I did with the bank account statement and PayPal is not accepting it because I don't have a logo in there. Like come on!
