Paypal link to nonprofit times out

Hi all, 

I volunteer for a non-profit and have to add the donate link on an email. I used the link they used on their website but when you click it, it shows the session has timed out. 

I saw a similar post but it was for Facebook... 

Advice is appreciated

Would need to see what's going on.  Can you provide the exact code their using or a link to the page that has the code ??
