I have been selling on ebay for years now, and my funds are normally available instantly. All of a sudden my funds are put on hold until the buyer receives the product and leaves positive feedback? Really? Was not given ANY notification of this, and when I called I was told that this was a random thing that occured due to the high risk of the item that I sold. I have bills, and have to pay rent. They are holding my money without giving me a valid reason why. I am so **bleep** right now, I pay them thier fees, and the only way that I can ensure that I will receive payment immediatiely is if someone send money via friends and family. I have personal buyers that I have been dealing with for years, but this is business. People want and need to have an invoice for what they are paying for especially if it is a large sum of money. I cant even imagine what is going to happen to my financial world if my personal buyers payments are held for such a long period of time. PayPal needs to appreciate thier customers, and where they make thier money from. I bet a lot of us will be seeking other forms of transferring money if this continues. OUTRAGED.
