Hi. I live on a fixed income and I cannot make over a certain amount of money per month or year because my rent, student loans and social security amounts are all based on my "income". I spoke with a Paypal person today and I was told as long as I sell things and don't make over 20000.00 a year and don't have a feedback of over 200 at the same time, my sales amount made will NOT be reported as "income" for me, is this TRUE? I already have over 200 positive feed backs. I've also heard about a 21 day hold on money paid to me via PayPal. My Paypal account is linked to my bank account. Will that 21 day hold pertain to me? If yes, why? Thank you 😀😄😊
