I just went to the store as normal purchased 2 games swiping my card with no issues. Then I go to an atm to access some of my balance which is over 500. ATM message says "Host Is Lost". So I tried to withdraw 3 more times thinking the ATM the connection was busy or something. Please note that this is the same ATM machine I use a few times a week with my paypal business debit card with no issues. So I go across the street to another ATM. This time around the message on the screen says "Card Declined". I thought it was a mistake with the machine, but same message is displayed a second time. What is going on paypal? Please fix your issues asap so your business members can access their earnings!!!!!! This is extremely annoying!
