Hello Support Team,
I'm preparing Mobile application like OLX (for Canada Region) where users can buy product or take product on rent and sellers can sell product.
e.g.
If user A take phone on Rent for 4 days worth 50$ then at time of transaction,
10$ should be transferred to Product Owner's account (i.e. Merchant account) and
40 $ should be transferred to Seller's account (sub merchant's account).
Buyer’s account is to be debited worth 50 $ at time of transaction start up and amount should be blocked/held for some period of time (after 4-5 days etc.) and
once transaction gets completed, amount should be un-blocked and transferred to seller’s (Sub-Merchant) account.
1 ) Via Paypal marketplace,
Split payment and Escrow payment - Both looks supported.
As per below link, It seems possible.
Can we implement above feature using Paypal MarketPlace - Connected path ?
2) Via Braintree marketplace,
It looks that Split payment and Escrow payment - Both are supported.
As per below link, It seems possible.
But earlier I got response that it is not supported. Please check below mail for response received from Support Team
So, I’m confused. Please guide us properly
Can we implement above feature using Braintree MarketPlace ?
Which payment gateway should be used Braintree MaketPlace or Paypal MarketPlace for Split payment and escrow fund (hold fund) ?
Please suggest best option to implement above feature for Mobile app.
Waiting for you positive feedback !
