Iv'e created a payment button to use in a form, when I go to the "view code" option and click on the Email option (I want to put only a link on the form, becase when embedding the button, it submits the form, and I want the option to pay without submitting) and go into thw link, the first time I do, it opens the option to pay with or without a PayPal account, like here:
But the next time I click on the link, either from the code page or when I put it into the form, it doesn't let me pay without a PayPal account, like it shown above in the second photo.
Beyond being very strange, how can this be fixed, so that everytime I go to the link, I'm able to pay without having to have an account or register?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
