Hello!
I am using an IPN but the notification URL is dynamic, when i test it in sandbox, it is working properly but once i pointed it to live server, the notification url that i set dynamically, it not working anymore.
You may want to redirect your question to the Merchant Tech Support community.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
