Paying paypal balance with already linked credit or debit cards

I have linked my credit card and my debit card to my paypal balance.  When I go to pay my paypal payment, it does not list those cards showing only my checking account.  I do not want to use my checking account.  Why are my card not showing up as payment options.

Have you confirmed both cards with the 4 digit code?

If so then did you click on ''change'' and did they show during checkout when you did  that?

if u mean the code on the back of the card yes I did that, it was confirmed, and it did now show up as a payment option
