Good morning, I got banned from Paypal cause I was 16 when I made the account and used it to sell stuff on eBay. After selling the stuff, I was asked to show identification, and since I was dumb and didn't read the ToS (lets be honest, who actually reads these things?), I sent in my restricted that stated I was 16, and was appropriately banned. Now, I'm not mad at anyone, only myself for being a dumb kid.
I'm not going to say this was anyone else's fault, I understand that this was 100% my fault, but just wanted to ask a few questions, the ban notice states, "Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account." I just wanted to ask a couple questions.
1. Does this mean that I can't ever create a new PayPal account under the same bank account?
2. Would a different card number under the same name and under the same bank account work?
3. If not, does that mean I would need to create a new bank account in order to use PayPal again?
4. What options do I have now to sell my stuff on eBay? How would I receive money?
Thank you in advance to any responders.

We all make mistakes, nice to see you admit to it and want to move forward so >>
1. You can create another paypal account when you are 18 BUT you may not be able to add that bank account UNLESS you phone customer services and they are happy to remove it for you so you can add it to your new over 18 paypal account.
2. Should do.
3. Not necessarily see 1, but if you wanted to sell again you may need to add a bank account to withdraw funds etc.
4. If you are still under 18 then none as you have to be over 18 to sell on Ebay OR your Ebay account may be limited as well.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
