I refunded a buyer who paid through PayPal echeck. It shows in my PayPal that the refund payment was processed and completed, but it doesn't appear for them and shows the charge still there. Is there an issue here? How long would this PayPal echeck refund take to show as processed for the buyer in their PayPal? On a side note, It's been 4 days since the refund was sent.
