After notification that a customer has purchased a product, a PayPal shipping label is created. When the shipping label is created, a box is checked to email the customer a note and the postage tracking number. This has never worked and repeated calls and emails to PayPal are ignored. Does anyone know of another service like PayPal where I can move my account to?
Same here. I left Stamps. com which I loved until they wanted to charge 25.00 for just 2 people to acess stamps. com to ship. I am also looking for altnerate shipping now, and likely moving to a website anyways. It is frustrating because customers constantly ask for tracking. Very disappointing. Love PayPal aside from this big issue. Angie
