I sold two identical phones for 149.99.  Fees for 1st - 3.1%  Fees for 2nd - 4.6%  Both US addresses.  If this is due to cross border fee, how do you stop this?  thanks

What currencies?

What are the buyer's real addresses, not the shipping addresses?

there is no way to know in advance if a person will be using a foreign bank issued card,you can say so in your listing and then refund the payment and cancel the order .
