PayPal Egypt account can't receive funds.

Hello, I have a verified account on PayPa. Your customer service called me and confirmed that my account can receive money, l, i tried to receive funds from upwork but it's always returned. I created another message on the system but your customer service are not answering by any means Regards, Richard

Check your Block Payments settings in your Seller Preferences to allow payments initiated from Send Money tab.

Paypal allows you to block payments from certain users ,if they are not confirmed or they use a different currency different than yours etc etc,check your profile to see if you are blocking them
