PayPal Balance is still pending after positive feedback and many previous sales.

I sold an item on eBay to a customer, yet the estimated delivery for the funds has remained as December 31, 1969 for weeks now. This is after the customer left positive feedback and all. I've sold previously, so I guess this is a glitch not yet resolved.
