I sold a card on eBay. I thought my PayPal was set up. When I sold the item but I apparently did not finish set-up on the account that was shown on my eBay. The buyer paid for the item to the PayPal account that was on my eBay even though it was not active. After I realized that my PayPal account was not completely finished and set up. I created a new PayPal account with the email that I had shown on eBay as my PayPal account. My pay pal account is completely set up now and as the exact PayPal that was on my eBay but the money the buyer sent is still not showing up in my PayPal. He gave me the confirmation number.
