Multiorder shipping imported orders not able to generate green to print shipping label

Hello,

I recently noticed paypal lunched a new site for their multiorder shipping, I can't find the import feature anymore in the new site so I go back to the classic site to import the CVS shipping orders as usual but all the impoted orders not able to gernate green in order to print the shipping label but other eBay orders have no problem to gernate green, I have tried differnt broswers but still have the same result, does any know know how to fix this problem or this is paypal's internal issue again?  please help, thanks in advance.

I had something similar, but closing the MOS window and re-opening it fixed it.

Make sure you don't have some element being blocked by a script-blocker or something (I use uBlock and had to whitelist everything related to Paypal).

The new MOS will not allow importing. If that is a feature you depend on, call Paypal and add your voice to the complaints. I was told that Paypal has decided to remove this feature, because they don't want us using shipping for non-Paypal transactions. In other words, the feature was removed deliberately, it was not an oversight.

Thansk for the reply.

I have tried your solution closed the MOS and reopen it but didn't fix the problem!  I do not have any script / ad blocker running on the back.

I then check my shipping setting and found the ship from address section was uncheked (it was checked with my business address before), I quickly check it and save again, Wala ! the order turn green!  The funnhy thing is my other eBay orders have no problem to gerate green to print shipping label, only the imported orders got ship from address unchecked!  I do not want to guess how this happened but I second your comment.
