Problems with multiorder shipping

I ordered a label through multi order shipping. It shows up on my transaction list. But it doesn't show up on my history of labels. So when my mom tried to print out the label I ordered (she prints them for me at work) she payed for and printed out the label for the practice label I had created to test out with this new multi-order shipping process (can't seem to delete it so that this kind of stuff doesn't happen which is another problem). If the label was in my history my mom would have called me back and asked which label she should print out. So I had to order a new label (which shows up in my history) to ship the item.
And what the hell is going on with paypal's customer service. They were supposed to call me back over an hour and a half ago. Now I am trying to call them and I've been on hold for a half hour and they don't even give me the option for the call back.
