An employee of mine cannot access my business page.
When she is given the option to login it asks for an email but I only assigned a login ID and password not an email.
Does she have to log into the account somehow through her own account? I am not understanding this.
Managed users are only able to log into the APP paypal HERE or it can be used to give other people in your company authorization to speak with customer service. You would not be able to have anyone log into your account using the username and ID.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
