1. Are you domestic or international? Keep basic shipping timeframes in mind, as well as customs. How long ago did you place your order? 2. Did you receive a confirmation screen at check out, or an email confirming the purchase? If not, did you double check to see if the charge was actually processed in your bank or paypal? I see paypal holding all the time at my job. Paypal retires the payment and the order wont go through despite having an order number. The processing just timed out. 3. Do some research on the company. What are their reviews? How is their track record? 4. Were you duped by an online scam and sent a money order to a random person in the middle of nowhere? (If you did youre sol and im sorry that happened to you) 5. If youve tried everything and you cant get through by phone or email in a timely manner, then go to your bank. Customer service should reply within 24 hours, 48 tops.
