How to protect myself

I just had someone offer to purchase a motorcycle I posted on Craigslist, using Paypal. After reading the FAQs I learned a few things. However, how can I protect myself against someone using a lost or stolen credit card to purchase from me. I understand that even if the payment goes through and then the card is reported, etc, I can lose my bike, my money and everything. Are there any other issues I should be aware of before I complete a transaction like this? I already know not to receive overpayment or not to wire the difference to the buyer's shipper.

Accept CASH ONLY. Any other method has NO PROTECTON. You will lose your money and your motorcycle.
If you let the potential buyer you will only accept cash at pickup it is likely the "buyer" will get lost.
